Heikki is a frequent mentor and speaker on startups and innovation, a chairman of The Future of Retail Organisation, and has been named top 100 most influential names of the digital fashion world by Vogue’s “Online Fashion 100".

Sten is Europe and Japan based innovation ecosystem strategist, and content & technology entrepreneur. Sten advises global ventures and ecosystem leaders on startups, innovation, technology and scaling to Asia. He co-authored the report for the industrial media & technology strategy for EU by Special Advisor Klossa to the Vice President, Digital Single Market, Andrus Ansip, and developed and wrote the 2.0 strategy for Startup Estonia - the flagship umbrella organization for Estonian startups and innovation driven ventures.
Sten is also advising the world’s premium business platform for entertainment sector - the Marche Du Film and is Strategic Advisor for Accelerate Estonia - the public sector moonshot lab solving global wicked problems through Estonias digital DNA. Since autumn 2020 Sten serves as Advisory Board member for the Future Hubs of the Flemish Public Broadcaster VRT along with BBC, RTBF, EBU, MCB and the Red Bull Media House and educates entrepreneurship and leadership through innovation in Taipei, Berlin, and Tallinn.
